Weekend Treat that won’t kill you

Have you been craving some chocolate or looking for an alternative to the sugar filled pies and cookies that are constantly in your peripheral vision this time of year? Try this!

Melt 3/4 cup of coconut oil in the microwave or stove top. Once melted, add in 2/3 cup of honey, 3/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder,1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, and 1/2 cup of natural PB or PB2. Whisk it all together until it has a smooth consistency, and pour in a parchment lined pie dish or brownie pan! Put in the fridge for a few hours to harden, and OH MY YUM!
