Shakeology Brownies

Written by Olivia Grist

Since I’ve had so many requests to share this recipe, I decided to do a quick post about it! A quick post for a quick {delicious, nutritious} meal!

Let me preface this by saying that Shakeology is the only powder I’ve tried in this recipe. I’ve had a few people ask if they can use chocolate protein powder, and I can’t speak for that since I haven’t tried it. What I can tell you is that these brownies are a full meal when made with Shakeology – they will keep you full for hours, and have enough calories to sustain you for several hours.

Melt 1 teaspoon of organic coconut oil in the microwave for 20 seconds or so, until it’s completely melted. Add in 1 scoop or packet of chocolate Shakeology and 1 teaspoon of pb2 or other powdered peanut butter. Slowly add in just enough water until the mix becomes brownie batter consistency. Once it’s completely mixed, place in the freezer for 10 minutes, just long enough to harden.

Top with fresh berries and enjoy!

I have seen this recipe posted around but I never see what size portion you can or should have. Can you clarify? Thanks for your time!

Shut…Up!! LoL That is amazing! Ok let me ask this, what size is the container you are serving it in? Thanks for quick reply and info.

        • I just make it in a little ramekin, but if you’re following the 21 Day Fix, it counts as 1 tsp and 1 red container! 🙂
