I want to offer today’s Scripture to you as a simple and quick reminder that God can restore any relationship, no matter the damage that’s been done to it. Nothing is too big for God to heal.
In earlier chapters in Genesis, Esaus’s heart was filled with anger and hatred for his brother. But the verse above shows us a brief image of Esau and Jacob and the love they shared. That love is only possible because of the work that God did in their hearts and lives. The change we get to witness in Esau is proof that God can make any relationship new again.
