1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup plain 0% greek yogurt
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 jar pizza/marinara sauce
7 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt and mix well
- Add greek yogurt to flour mixture and mix using an electric mixture until dough forms – can also use clean hands to knead dough
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Flour a clean surface and separate dough into 7 equal sections
- Roll out dough into 7 circular discs
- Place a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes
- Remove from oven and top each disc with 1 tablespoon of sauce and 1 tablespoon of cheese – add any additional desired toppings here
- Return to oven to bake for an additional 10 minutes
