Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1 cup plain 0% greek yogurt

  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 jar pizza/marinara sauce

  • 7 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  • Combine flour, baking powder, and salt and mix well
  • Add greek yogurt to flour mixture and mix using an electric mixture until dough forms – can also use clean hands to knead dough
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Flour a clean surface and separate dough into 7 equal sections
  • Roll out dough into 7 circular discs
  • Place a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes
  • Remove from oven and top each disc with 1 tablespoon of sauce and 1 tablespoon of cheese – add any additional desired toppings here
  • Return to oven to bake for an additional 10 minutes
