Clean Iced Coffee

I have a love/love/hate relationship with coffee. I say that because I love the smell, I love the idea, but I hate the taste. Of just regular coffee, that is. When we’re talking about the fancy, foamy, sugary stuff… it’s nothing but love. However, those do more harm than good in terms of health & goals, which left me wanting the forbidden fruit, which isn’t a good feeling.

Until now. I love a great iced coffee, flavored with deliciousness. And today, I present to you, a 15 calorie, chemical & artificial sweetener-free, amazing iced coffee.

Start by brewing a cup of your favorite coffee. I used pumpkin spice (of course I did!). Once brewed, stick it in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. You just want it to be chilled, not frozen. If you have ample time before, you can always put it in the refrigerator to chill for longer.

In a tumbler, add 4-5 ice cubes, 4 ounces of unsweetened almond milk, 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract (or any other extract of your choice!), 1 packet of stevia (optional, to taste), and the chilled coffee. Shake until mixed. Devour. This iced coffee is only 15 calories – TOTAL! Saves money, and leaves you a treat day for something delicious… like Froyo.
