The holidays are upon us. Wanna know how I know? Because I want sweets. At all moments. So, let’s push through and curb those cravings with something creative and healthy!
In a blender or magic bullet, put 1 banana, 1/2 cup of old fashioned oats, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk. Blend until smooth. Pour into muffin tins and sprinkle topping of choice. I did some with dark chocolate, some with almonds, and some with peanut butter chunks. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes!
