I warned you guys – I am now obsessed with crepes. And if the normal ones are amazing, chocolate ones must be even better, right? Right.
I used the original whole wheat crepes recipe I posted a few days ago, and I added 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder (the Trader Joes brand is my fav).
Amazing how you can turn something into instant chocolatey goodness!
Word of caution; is it harder to tell if these are browning/burning, since they are already…brown. Keep a close eye on ’em!
