Chocolate Covered Strawberry Footballs

15 fresh strawberries
1 cup melting chocolate
1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
white decorating icing
Directions
- Wash and dry strawberries
- Combine chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and return to microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Repeat until chocolate is fully melted and smooth
- Lay a piece of parchment paper flat on workspace
- Dip strawberries into chocolate up to stem and swirl around, ensuring that each side is covered
- Allow extra chocolate to drip off back into chocolate bowl before placing on parchment paper
- Let strawberries sit for 20 minutes while chocolate hardens
- Draw football lines using white decorating icing
- Place strawberries in the refrigerator to harden completely before serving
